Citrus Lunch - entirely picked out by John!

When I got home from work this morning I told John to go ahead and pick out a cutter or two and a box from the cabinet for tomorrow' lunch. He grabbed what was purchased as a monkey head for a cutter and a yellow Fit & Fresh container and said the head looked kinda like a lemon so he wanted a lemony lunch. I remembered that I had gotten some lemon & orange fruit snacks for him that were still sitting in the cabinet and he decided that those would be perfect to go under the lemon "cookie butter"* sandwich .... and an orange jello bowl .... and a Mini Slim Jim (which they've been out of at the store so we're doing pepperoni bites instead). Even with cutting & coloring the bread (it's a very light yellow even though it's hard to tell in the picture), I think it took me less than 5 mintues to throw it all together. I think I can handle that once in a while :)

* "Cookie butter" is what he calls Biscoff.
